1. Definitions

• Broker: A user who is authorized to list rental properties on the Platform.
• Verified Broker: A Broker who has completed Aadhaar KYC verification.
• Tenant: A user who browses listings with the intent to rent a property.
• User: Any individual or entity accessing the Platform, including Brokers and Tenants.
• Listing: A rental property posted by a Broker on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• Tenants must register using a mobile number verified via OTP.
• Aadhaar-based KYC verification is recommended for Brokers but not mandatory.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Do not impersonate another person or entity.

4. Broker Listings

• Only Brokers with a registered account can upload property listings.
• Listings by Verified Brokers are published instantly.
• Listings by non-verified Brokers are subject to review and may take up to 1 working day for approval.
• Brokers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the listings.
• The Platform may remove or disable any listing at its sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Content & Use

• Do not post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Do not upload misleading or fraudulent property information.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt Platform functionality.
• Do not engage in data scraping, deep linking, or reverse engineering.

6. Communication Tools

Tenants may contact Brokers via WhatsApp or phone call.

We do not monitor or intervene in communications or transactions.

The Company is not responsible for any disputes or losses from such interactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to Platform content and software are owned by the Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Platform Access & Availability

The Platform may be unavailable during maintenance or technical issues. We do not guarantee continuous availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company only facilitates property listings and is not liable for transactions or damages arising from use.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Supreme Leader Private Limited for any liabilities arising from misuse of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Users can request deletion by contacting support.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to Bengaluru, Karnataka jurisdiction.
